Magnets and Balls

Some new firsts today... Logan actually played with balls in a toy the way he was supposed to! ;) He took the balls, pushed them through openings, and waited for them to spiral down and come out the bottom. He then picked up the balls and did it all over again! :) It seems like a simple thing, but he has never make the connection on how to play with the toy this way before! :) Additionally, Logan now plays with the magnets on the frig ... he can take them off and put them back on. Previously, he would just knock them off, and I would have to put them back on, otherwise he would just leave them on the floor. Fun stuff!

The walking continues to come along. Logan is taking more steps more times a day. It so amazing to watch the little guy walk!! Logan has such long legs now. He looks like such a big boy! Logan has long hair to go with his long legs... ;) We are putting off the haircut until after the 1 year pictures in case it turns out bad. :O ;)

I should also mention that when Logan babbles, he actually sounds like he is talking to you. We are sure he understands his conversation, but we haven't caught on yet! ;)

Here are a few pictures of Logan playing with the boppies and pillows. Since not everything is 100% childproofed, we use high tech pillow configurations (ha ha) to barricade Pod out of undesirable (but not harmful) areas - like bookcases! Though the boppy isn't used for nursing anymore, Pod loves to play on it and sit in it. :)
