Little Pod is figuring out a lot all at once! Logan pulled up on his crib rail the other day, so shortly we will have to drop the crib mattress lower. He only did it one time so far, but together with the pulling up on the coffee table incident a few days, it is only a matter of time! ;) Logan is able to roll at will and has started to use rolling as a method of movement. Its funny though because he still hates to be on his tummy, so he cries and fusses even when he rolls himself there and even though he can roll himself off his tummy easily. Silly Pod!! :) Lastly, Logan is on the serious path to crawling. Once on his tummy, Logan can do a high push up on his fully extended arms. Additionally, Pod can pull his knees under him. He just needs to put it all together and WATCH OUT house and parents - here comes the force of the Pod! ;) We are soooo not ready. Its already hard just having him roll himself places. Crawling is going to be downright dangerous! ;)
Logan says, "Give me that phone! I hear my Daddy's voice!!" :D :) :)
Today marked our first day of cloth diapering. We will start off doing it just during the day and see how it goes. It seemed easy enough so far! It helps that we have fun colors and patterns and super easy-to-use diapers (no folding or even prefolds). We are striving for the diaper-free before three philosophy... we'll see how it goes! :)
Yesterday, our new washer was delivered. HURRAH!!! No more laundry piles!! Our new whirlpool appears to be running smoothly and it has been running almost nonstop since its installation yesterday! ;)
Today was a nice day. We went to Mom's group where the topic was music. Afterwards we ran some errands before Logan's afternoon nap. Then, it was time to work on some Christmas projects and cook dinner. Daddy came home early from choir, so we were very excited! :)
